Photography started with me in a time where images were captured on rolls of film using cameras such as a Kodak Retina III and a Pentax ME Super. It was a starting point and allows me to appreciate digital photography. The photos shown here are what I was able to recover from a box of 35mm negatives which I used a “simple” negative scanner to recover and what I could do to fix them using Adobe Photoshop.
These were taken at various air shows such as: Charleston, WV in 1975; El Toro NAS, China Lake, and Edwards AFB 1984-1985; Joint Base Andrews 1991 – 2000, the Space Shuttle Challender on it’s maiden flight in 1984, and the Hughes H-4 Hercules (A.K.A. the “Spruce Goose) when displayed at Long Beach, CA.
